What happens if I hit my presentation limit?
On the Free plan, you get 3 presentations to try out Prezos. Once you've used them, you can upgrade to Pro for 20/month, or email support@prezos.ai to ask for more. Pro users who hit the monthly cap can reach out too — we're happy to extend.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then your plan drops back to Free automatically. No prorated refunds, but we'll issue one at support's discretion for accidental charges.
What counts as a 'presentation'?
One successful AI generation of a new deck counts as one. Editing an existing deck, regenerating a single slide, or using copilot doesn't count against your presentation limit — copilot has its own separate allowance.
What happens to my decks if I downgrade?
Your presentations stay — you keep full access to view and edit them. You'll lose the ability to export to PDF/PowerPoint/HTML, and the Prezos badge reappears on shared links. Upgrade again anytime to unlock.
